Cancellation Policy – Verdant Acres
At Verdant Acres, we prepare each stay with care and advance planning. We request guests to review our cancellation policy before confirming their booking.
1. Rooms Bookings
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 59 to 45 days prior to check-in will be charged 25% and cancellations made 44 to 30 days prior to check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made after 30 days prior to check-in, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
2. Date Change / Rescheduling
- One-time date modification is allowed if requested at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability.
- Revised dates must be utilized within 3 months from the original booking date.
- Tariff differences, if any, will be applicable.
3. Early Check-out
- No refund will be provided for early departure after check-in.
4. Force Majeure
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), management may offer date adjustment or credit note, at its discretion. Cash refunds may not be applicable.
5. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment
6. Management Rights
Verdant Acres reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice. The management’s decision shall be final and binding.
By confirming a booking at Verdant Acres, guests agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
