This website and the services offered herein are owned and operated by Mukund Mandloi Resorts & Motels Pvt. Ltd., trading as Verdant Acres.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 2 PM
Check-out time: 11 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card and Passport.

3. Occupancy

Rooms are allotted based on the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking.
Extra guests are not permitted without prior approval and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Policy

Full payment must be completed at the time of confirmation of the booking.
All applicable taxes shall be charged as per government norms.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within the stipulated free-cancellation period will be refunded as per policy.
No refund shall be provided for no-shows, early departures, or last-minute cancellations.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Property Rules & Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful environment.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive or any inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate without refund in case of misconduct.

7. Damage & Loss

Any damage to property, furniture, fixtures, or linens will be charged to the guest.
Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. Safety & Security

Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.
Use of open flames, hazardous materials, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

9. Pets Policy (if applicable)

Pets are not permitted on the property, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.
Any exception to the pet policy must be approved in writing by management prior to arrival.
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage, disturbance, or additional cleaning caused by pets.
Pets are not allowed in common areas, including dining spaces, swimming pool areas, or landscaped zones.
Management reserves the right to decline accommodation or request immediate departure in case of policy violation.

10. Force Majeure

Verdant Acres shall not be liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to natural calamities, government regulations, or circumstances beyond control.
However, management may offer a date adjustment or a credit note at its discretion.

11. Guest Assistance

Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages.
Our staff may reach out to guests to get a feedback of their experience through calls or messages to improve our services.

12. Visitor Policy

Only registered guests are permitted inside the property premises.
Outside visitors, day guests, drivers, or local acquaintances are not allowed without prior written permission from management.
Any unregistered person entering the property will be treated as a violation of house policy.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or request immediate departure of unauthorized visitors.
This policy is enforced to ensure guest safety, privacy, and a peaceful environment.

13. Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations

The swimming pool is exclusively for in-house guests.
Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk; the property does not provide a lifeguard.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Proper swimwear is mandatory. Street clothes are not permitted in the pool.
Guests are requested to shower before entering the pool.
No food, beverages, glass items, or alcohol are allowed in or around the pool area.
Running, diving, or rough play in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
Pool timings must be strictly followed; night swimming is not permitted unless explicitly stated.
Management reserves the right to restrict pool usage due to maintenance, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

14. Indemnity Clause

Verdant Acres is a nature-based retreat. Guests are requested to exercise caution at all times, particularly around water bodies, open areas, and natural terrain. Certain activities involve inherent risks, and participation is at the guest’s discretion and responsibility, subject to applicable law.
Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verdant Acres, its owners, management, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the guest’s stay, use of the premises, facilities, amenities (including but not limited to Swimming Pool Use, Bonfire, Outdoor Activities and Recreational Spaces, Children & Senior Citizens, Natural Environment- uneven terrain, insects, etc.) and or violation of house rules, policies, or applicable laws.
Verdant Acres shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accident to guests, visitors, or their personal belongings, except where caused by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the property.

15. Right to Admission

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue stay without refund if terms are violated.

16. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By confirming a booking or staying at Verdant Acres, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions of the property as mentioned above.
